Sara Said, PhD Dr. Said is a clinical psychologist specializing in psychological assessment and in the diagnosis and treatment of trauma. She is well grounded in trauma-informed theories and therapies. Dr. Said integrates developmental/attachment perspective, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural orientations, resiliency and systems approaches in her provision of individual, couple, group and family therapies. She works actively and collaboratively with her clients of all ages who may enter therapy for a variety of distressing symptoms, discover for themselves their own truths. Dr. Said’s experience includes working in inpatient program for adolescents who have suffered severe and chronic trauma, including sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
